Sorry about that I should have explained. Take your axle nut off, This is the big nut on the spindle inside your lug nuts on your wheel. End play is the amount of movement that the axle will move in toward the transmission housing. There is a spring inside the inner yoke that allows this movement, If that spring is bound up you have no end play. Usually what will happen is the motor will slide over to the right side during cornering, Thus causing the axle to bind up and creating the car to push and burning up the axle and or spindle. Is your motor mounted solid or on rubber mounts? Hopfully this helps. Chuck21...... Dodge FWD performs!!!!!!! |
